Yes, tracking information for all orders is provided. You will receive an email or text with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

As all products are made-to-order, returns/exchanges will be based upon how resalable the items are, which is determined at the sole discretion of Motel Earth. Please see Size Guide below for measurements.

In general, once an item or design has sold out, it will not be restocked (#notheretostay). However, some exceptions can be accommodated, albeit with longer production and shipping times. Submit any requests using the Order Form.
